Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing

Tai Chi Movements for wellbeing classes will offer a new lease of life for people with a lung condition, chronic disease or just wanting to improve mobility. Sandra Shaw is only one of eleven people in the country sponsored by the British Lung Foundation to launch BLF TMW classes. The classes will provide the opportunity to address the physical, emotional and mental difficulties that people with health conditions face. The classes will help to improve balance, mobility and help to manage breathlessness. TMW is a wonderful way of becoming more active in a calming environment.
