Our classes aim to improve balance and maintain bone health. This is a tailored evidence based exercise programme that can reduce the risk of you falling by almost 54%.


The exercises will be tailored to your individual needs to enable you to progress and will consist of strengthening in addition to challenging balance exercises. It is important to us that you work at a level that suits you.

You will start to feel stronger and develop more confidence in your balance in addition to receiving support from your peers. By enrolling on one of the packages, we can give you one to one support at home.
