Suffering through the weakness, pain and decreased mobility of an autoimmune disease can make you place exercise very low down on your list of priorities.

However, it is important to remember that exercise helps to manage your symptoms and stay healthy.


We will progress your exercise programme slowly, adapting all the time to help manage your symptoms. We do understand that the symptoms that you experience i.e fatigue, muscle weakness and pain can affect your ability to exercise confidently. With careful planning we can ensure you exercise safely.


By following either the Silver or Gold programme, we can increase your fitness and strength which will help with your fatigue and joint pain thus improving your confidence and quality of life.
