"I remember walking down the road thinking this is becoming hard work, everything seemed to be taking longer, I had bad posture, daily aches and pains and even fell over a few times which shattered my confidence. I went to a Therapy taster class and loved it. I had never attended an Exercise Therapy class before and did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to see all shapes, sizes and ages. But most of all my quality of life has changed, I am stronger, more confident and have hardly any aches and pains. My body has improved."
